Who are you and what did you do with George W. Bush?

Just in via my CNN Breaking News alert:
"To the extent the federal government didn't fully do its job right, I take responsibility," Bush said
Oh my! Who is this person?

Obviously it isn't Bush - it must be a Pod Person!

It took him almost 6 years in office for him to finally do something that I respect - but I think I'll wait to see if he blows it.
